How do I place an order?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified and must follow our 30-Day Refund & Return Policy.


What happens if I enter the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Remodina is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to address errors

  • Packages returned as undeliverable

Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.


How long does shipping take?

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs processing.


Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.


What if my package is delayed?

Shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. While we do our best to assist with courier inquiries, Remodina is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

We offer a 30-Day Refund & Return Policy.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please check with neighbors or your local courier. If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist with an investigation. Remodina is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered.
